Global Human Capital Strategy and Performance
We develop strategies and programs that will align the human capital of the organization with its business strategy. We perform assessments of the management team to determine strengths and improvement opportunities in executive leadership. We will develop performance management systems and rewards systems that are quantifiably linked to the value drivers of the business and support the financial targets of the business. We use the balanced scorecard approach first developed by Norton and Kaplan of the Harvard Business School to provide alignment of human capital and individual performance with the business strategy.
