Mr. Cox has over 25 years of financial and operating experience including corporate restructuring, workouts, reorganizations and bankruptcy experience. He has filled such rolls as Corporate Controller, Financial Budget and Analysis Manager, and Bankruptcy Administrator.
Mr. Cox began his career with a certified public accounting firm in San Francisco where he was responsible for updating and preparing financial operating reports and preparing individual and corporate tax returns. He subsequently moved into the technology and semi-conductor industry where he has spent most of his career. His experience also includes working in nutritional, movie and television, and transportation industries.
Mr. Cox has been responsible for developing business plans for companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has also interfaced directly with senior level management, directors, attorneys, government agencies, customers and vendors to research, organize, negotiate, and develop the business plans for corporate reorganization. He has created plans of reorganization through developing processes, which, have resulted in significant cost reductions.
Mr. Cox holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio.
