Jeffrey Klausner
Mr. Klausner has worked as a financial and operational executive within a variety of management and leadership roles for numerous corporations, both public and private, ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Sherwood Partners, LLC, Mr. Klausner held the position of CFO for a online ticket exchange, which, offered premium tickets and VIP experiences for live events worldwide. He managed all corporate functions, including finance, human resources, legal and administration. Prior to that Mr. Klausner served as CFO for a publicly traded distributor and manufacturer of cellular phones. As CFO, he took this company pubic and grew it to nearly a quarter billion dollars in revenue, while transitioning the business from a US distributor to a distributor and manufacturer of cellular products for Latin America.
Mr. Klausner also held several key financial positions for a global e-business delivery network providing hosting, content delivery (both caching and streaming) and application services. In these roles, Mr. Klausner was responsible for the content delivery network, corporate procurement, financial due diligence on target companies, worldwide network deployment, billing reporting, and special projects.
Mr. Klausner began his career in public accounting at one of the Big-6, with a focus on technology and entertainment, while also handling some traditional distribution clients. He graduated from Tulane University, AB Freeman School of Business.
